  : Location was good for what we needed (partner was running the half marathon). Initial customer service was prompt.
  : As soon as we opened the door, the room had a funny smell. This did soon go once we aired out the room. We had used the shower pretty soon after checking in, as noticed some specs of mould around the shower cubicle - not the most pleasant but at-least its somewhat typical to be found here. However, about an hour after check in, I had noticed in the corner of the room a huge patch of black mould. A lot more than I was comfortable with. We chose to check out and find alternative accommodation. Following on from the initial decent customer service, since this, the hotel has now been ignoring me for 5 days - yet all initial communication was replied to within an hour.
