  : We stayed at Clayton Dublin before and liked it, hence went with the brand. The charges were over £200 per night plus £150 for 5 nights of car park.I booked airport side view/top floor on top of the booking in advance.When we got to the hotel there was long queue for check in and there were only two staff members. we got to the staff eventually who checked us in and said your room is on first floor, on which I asked that I've separately booked room with airport view on higher floor on which the staff said we have nothing available at the minute. I showed her confirmation on my phone after which she was able to find us a room on fifth floor.In the room, Phone, Safe and toilet fan wasn't working. Weather was quite warm and the AC did not have much puff in it, plus it would turn off automatically after 15-20 mins.We were tired and spoke to reception next morning who promised to fix everything when we are out and about. We made sure we stayed out whole day. I had to carry the passports, laptops and ipads for the whole day everywhere we went including legoland /go karting. We came back and found out that nothing was fixed, and also there was no room service done. I was quite upset and went to the reception and ask to speak to the manager, as the minimum I'd expect was them to atleast inform us that they failed to fix anythingThe manager thought we might not know how to use the safe and came to check and agreed that it needs fixed, plus he checked the phone and said it can't be repaired immediately and they'll put us in a new room, he offered us drinks as gesture of good will ( we don't drink alchohal ) so went for couple of soft drinks and water.The next day on the breakfast the manager gave us new room key along with another drinks voucher, on which I said that I had to carry the items whole day because the safe wasn't working, you should atleast give me a free night, which he politely declined.

  : Restaurant was poor Good menus but in what looked like a children’s room with Formica tables Bar was very poor table service. Dirty Bedrooms were tired very small pillows Ltd tv Window wouldn’t shut properly despite staff coming to it Bathroom was tired towels hard toilet dirty dispite my reporting it
