  : Location is excellent, really close to Manchester Piccadilly station (can't hear the trains from your room). Only 5 or 10 minute walk to Piccadilly square and then further 10 mins to many attractions. Hotel staff really helpful and cheerful. Room clean.
  : Only negative (hence only 4 star rating) was the available pillow selection which was one large size but really thin and floppy and the other one smaller in size, but really firm. Neither of which were very comfortable. I should have asked for different pillow but kept forgetting and only remembered when in bed - could not be bothered to get out of bed, get dressed and go down to reception.....

  : Very convenient location for Piccadilly station, just a few minutes walk from the Metrolink entrance (use this as it's closer than the main station entrance).The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Everything was clean. Check in and out were quick, and I was able to get my room at 12.15pm even though official check in isn't until later.
  : The room is very basic, e.g. no kettle or fridge, and it looked into an office building at close range so no view and anyone in that building would be able to see in. Not good value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range.The main issue for me was that I barely slept all night due to constant gurgling noises in the water pipes in the walls/ceiling - it was like every time anyone in the building flushed a toilet or used the sink/shower, the pipes were noisy. I stayed at the hotel before an early flight and a 30 hour journey, and I started off my trip already exhausted due to not sleeping beyond a doze all night because of these noises.

  : Breakfast buffet was excellent.Tea/Coffee in room well stocked.Toiletries good quality, even hairdryer. Great fluffy towels.
  : I am a single traveller and dislike the fact that there aren't any single rooms - I pay for a double.
