  : Taps didn't work in bathroom so couldn't have a drink. VERY loud until late and loud doors banging in the corridors all night.

  : There is club below to the hotel. I couldnt sleep. It s like you are sleeping at the club. I am so happy i will not one more day in this hotel. I have a terrible day without sleeping.

  : They have very loud music till 2am, and then during my stay people were shouting outside till 4am. The whole place is actually shaking from the noise and base, you can feel slightly unsafe. I've also paid almost 300 for one night there and barely slept. It was probably the most expensive and worst stay in my life. There wasn't a description on the booking to warm about loud music till 2am, otherwise I wouldn't choose to stay there, as I was travelling for work. I was told about the music once I have arrived, however it is too late to find an alternative place to stay on the day.. This place is good only if you are coming to party.

  : Room was fine, clean, and the shower was nice. It is in a great location being a short walk from Picadilly station. The staff accommodated my early checkout.
  : I booked this stay quite last minute as I had a flight in the morning from Manchester Airport. It was quite expensive, and looking at other guest's reviews, it wasn't because I was last minute. I also didn't realise that it was situated directly above a karaoke bar! Luckily I stayed on a Tuesday but I dread to think what it would be like on a Friday, unless you're into that sort of thing!

  : - Poor wifi connection from room- Loud clubbing until 2.30am but this I was prepared for and at least I liked the music- no lid on toilet / limited counter space in bathroom
