  : The room was a little cramped but comfortable bed, shower was very nice. Breakfast was good enjoyed it. The location was good for going to the Speedway at Belle Vue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

  : It's obviously a bit from the city center, but if you don't mind a 20 minute bus ride to the center, it's fine. Good staff at reception and their shop had cheap prices for drinks and snacks. Efficient check-in and check-out.
  : Rooms were a bit dated and window frame hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Felt dirty. Breakfast was basic. Surprised to see a hotel breakfast without any vegetables at all, in the day and age of healthy living. (There were some fresh fruits for yoghurt and granola though...)

  : This was my 3rd visit to this hotel, I stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms on the first night and 3 rooms on the second. We booked this for my son’s graduation. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are really friendly. My first 2 trips were great, unfortunately this trip was not so good, we stayed in a different part of the hotel where the rooms, although clean, were dated. After the first nights stay we returned from the graduation back to the hotel at around 4.30pm to find our rooms had not been cleaned. Upon checking with reception we were told that the housekeeper had left for the day but had ticked off our rooms to say she’d cleaned them. She had not. The receptionist emptied our bin, gave us clean towels, toilet paper and coffee and I made the beds. My other son stayed in the third room on the 2nd night and found that there were no towels in his room. Whilst I believe that this is a lovely hotel offering great value for money I also feel that it was let down by a lazy housekeeper who didn’t do her job properly, Clearly her work needs to be checked as all 3 of my family’s rooms were affected and I feel it’s unlikely that we were the only ones.
