Alder Prestige Wheelchair Access Holiday Home

Pleasant

: Caravan was Close to amenities pub shops etc. Average walk for able bodied. The caravan was clean throughout. Clean shower all usable and fresh. Pub entertainment was OK. Security were great with my brothers helping us find suitable seating area for a quick drink we only stayed and hour or so each night.
: Allocated disabled parking space with caravan number was used by other renter and nothing could be done about it.Which meant we had to park in next block not ideal for 2 disabled visitors who cannot walk even short distances.made my job as carer stressful and alot harder. Also reception on arrival could of smiled and at least said enjoy your stay. We just got handed envelope and map. Didn't even tell us number of caravan we had to see on map what was circled. Not a big deal but didn't fill us with confidence.

: the caravan was very good for my wife who is disabled , plenty of room inside and comfy , it was situated near the front of the resort which was good , and allso in a very quiet spot , shops and takeaways just across the road

Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: good location, very wide caravan perfect for my wife who is disabled
: the kettle didn't boil fast enough foe my wife as she coffee mad

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The archers great pub
: The fact we had a group of 6 young adults all early 20s who constantly came in late and very loud. Also the fact we paid for club and only got in once despite queuing for neatly a hour. However owner's and people not staying on the site got straight threw. Came back twice and still queuing to get into club. Spoilt the weekend.
