  : Unable to get breakfast that I paid for as doesn’t start until 8am.I specifically booked this hotel as they did vegan options.

  : The location right in the centre of town was great and the room decor was very nice and clean, breakfast was excellent and so were the staff
  : The room we had (3) was very small not suitable for two nights or more! It was also very warm and as it overlooked the town square you could not leave the window open due to outside noise

  : At first the location of the hotel. However, this was shattered because of constant external noise.
  : The external noise at night nearly made us depart the hotel. Firstly, we had to park our car in a car park about 7 minutes walk away due to disabilities. However, young people parked outside the hotel at night slamming doors, hooting their car horns, revving their engines, etc.Thought that was bad enough but then at 04:30am men came to erect market poles for market stalls until 07:40am.2nd night early 05:30am someone was erecting a platform for a roofer until 08:00am.Third night someone was slamming the internal doors after midnight we counted 14. No night manager so anyone could have let anyone in.It was my birthday treat but it turned out to be my birthday hell We've stayed at the Masons Arms several times but will not be returning Very, very dissatisfied.

  : Great location, very inviting and great decor.
  : The room was very warm, on the weekend we stayed it was humid and no breeze, however, there was a fan (very much needed so that you) and the window opened nicely.

  : Location great. Room overlooked market square so was a bit noisy on market day! Breakfast very good and flexible to our needs.
  : The room (3) was great value but was very small and hot so with the window open noise came up from the square. But as only for a night it was fine.
