  : Right near the station. Room nicely presented and clean. Fresh towels each dsy. The staff very kindly arranged for a cake birthday suprise for my boyfriend at my request. Thankyou so much for doing this. It meant a lot to us.
  : I would have preference for a bath instead of a shower but facilities were great thankyou. Lovdly and clean.

  : We have stayed before and had value for money, it's central to where we needed to be and beautiful grounds
  : We paid full price for a kings suit , on arrival we were taken up a back staircase to a corridor with no lights , a hoover was left in the hall and my partner walked into it. The room was small and smelt , it was positioned above the kitchen, we were moved to another room but not the quality for which I'd payed for.

  : The beds were lovely, bedding and towels too. The hotel's premises (garden) beautiful. The staff very friendly
  : Location - extremely far from the city center. Further than I thought it would be. The double room we got was super small. Looked much bigger on the picture

  : The first room we had was so small it was equal to a shoe box and I paid extra money for a bigger room , plus the bed had weird black fluff on it . The second room we were provided after I asked for my money back because the place was so bad but was refused was disgusting. The bathroom was mouldy with bathroom cupboard doors falling apart because of water damage. The drain in the bathroom didn't drain water away. There were pubes on the toilet when we arrived and the loo roll looked like someone had put it in water and then dried it . The bedroom was full of dust webs and the bed wasn't made correctly. The wardrobe was full of strange stains. Cups were chipped and the kettle had the wrong base which was electrically very dangerous. The breakfast was pathetic and I believe I was completely missold my entire stay and want a refund for the distress I had to go through with this awful stay.
