  : The property was falsely advertised. There was no distinction on the booking that classified whether the stay wouldve been in the penthouse. My wife and I booked based on the photos advertised that it would be outfitted with a view. However when we got to the location we were on the bottom floor and the photos were not what we saw when we entered at all!

  : The kitchen area and lounge was nice thats why we didnt realise the issues until night.
  : We went to get into bed and the pillows was sweat stained and disgusting there was pubes in the bed actually human hairs everywhere which meant we had to sleep on a sofa in the end to try have more room but led uncomfortably to the point we just led on the floor for more room. even the draws in the bedroom had a thick layer of dust build up and when I called customer services he said he was to busy to stay on the phone to me , went and found housekeeping and they said theyd change the beds with stains and hairs in but they didnt have any pillows available that wasnt sweat stained , no refund no compensation and they dont even communicate with you booking.com did nothing about it either disgusting property and disgusting people. Please dont stay here just spend that little extra for the nicer place , they make you pay a ridiculous deposit amount that isnt mentioned until after youve booked it with no way of cancelling.

  : Nothing about this one bedroom apartment was nice. Worst place i ever stayed. Would not recommend to anyone.

  : It was passable as a location. Sizeable and clean. Modern looking amenities. Well communicated to the center of town. Quiet despite being off a main road.
  : The pictures provided on Booking.com somewhat misleading implying a high-rise/end apartment with views, the apartment was on the first floor overlooking a grassed area to the rear of the building and facing another block of apartments (although to be expected of London). There was mold in the bathroom. Bathroom extractor fan was filthy! No cutlery and very few kitchen utensils. Live hanging cables in part of the apartment. Some lamps were missing shades and was just a hanging light bulb. Not in the most favourable part of town and access to the building was down a somewhat off-putting side road.

When you dont do that and call booking . Com. They lie to booking . Com saying you dont want to pay the deposit and you have not arrived at the property. I was stuck without the accommodation for the entire night and had to get a hotel. Booking . Com do not cover you as this company will lie to them.
