  : The very helpful service re a few normal (iron) and unusual (where to get a high-vis jacket nearby) requests
  : Too much noise from doors and floors of the other rooms in the property. Top floor room was very hot after a warm day.

  : Great location, meager breakfast.
  : Lousy bed, impossibly small shower. Had a basement room, although it had a window. For $375/ night it was unsatisfactory. But maybe that’s what you get for a lot of money in London nowadays.

  : Staff was the best! I loved the pastries and coffee in the morning too! It is not advertised but it adds a really nice touch
  : So to be fair, I am the princess on the pea, and therefore I would have liked a slightly softer bed

  : Location and the staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
  : Given top floor room 56, U.K. temperatures were high 29C and no air conditioning in room, just a mobile fan. Also had to leave window fully opened. I was subjected to multiple bites on my legs which appeared as the day wore on they appear to be bed bug bites or similar.

  : The hotel was very clean bed very comfortable.
  : There is no where to park without risk of a fine. Yet website states parking facilities. Also I asked to stay an extra night staff at hotel said" should be available" As the person who booked will probably cancel. Then later the member of staff said it would be fine. On coming to reception in the morning. I was told some else had taken the room. They said" they knocked my door" . I said " I was out for an hour. Why didn't you call me on my mobile as had all my details. As knew I required room. Or hold it for me. As knew I wanted it for another night". I felt the lack of communication in the morning was very poor. Not even alot said back to me. This really made it difficult in the morning. To rush around & clear room . Especially as on a business work trip. I stay in over 100 hotels a year. I felt the attitude from staff was disgraceful. Will not stay here again. Very poor.

  : It was very very small. The room was like a pigeon hole. Not comfortable at all. They charged for the price of a good hotel but the room and facilities were not of that standard at all
