  : Room was small, attached with small dining area. The bathroom sink was very small like washing your hands and face and there is flood of water on the floor. But I must say that all the staff ( reception, dining area, janitorial) was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great.

  : We were expecting a family room with a double bed and sofa bed, but we actually had a bit of an upgrade to a room with 3 beds, which was unexpected. We were very pleased with this. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be near Chelsea for a wedding and close to Victoria to get our train home the next day. It's about a 10-minute walk to Victoria mainline station and about 4 minutes walk to Pimlico tube. A nice and relatively quiet part of London.Complimentary breakfast, continental and cooked. Very reasonable price considering the size of the room we had and the location. Also, slightly later checkout a11 am so you don't have to rush in the morning. Luggage storage is available, too.
  : Although our room size was great and perfect for us as a family of 3 it was on the lower ground floor, quite close to the breakfast room and right next door to the staff's cleaning storage room so there was quite a bit of noise in the morning. The breakfast area was also quite small, so during peak breakfast time it was quite crowded. We were only staying one night so it was absolutely fine for our needs. I wouldn't have wanted the same room if we were staying longer. It is an old (very beautiful) building so the pipework was a bit noisy, but to be expected for the age of the building.

  : The air conditioning is not working in all the rooms, not aware of this at check in!!! I reported it the next day and was told a member of staff would check. Nothing done on our return. The gentleman on night duty wasn’t aware of any reported issues came and had a look and then found us a fan. On check out spoke to the same member of staff and she said we are having maintenance done some rooms don’t have any air conditioning working!! Why did you not say this when I spoke to you yesterday? And surely you know which rooms are not fixed and should already have a fan in the room we were in LG with temp over 28. we were scared at about 1am on our first night when I heard voices right outside our window. When I pulled the curtain there was suddenly a man stood there and at first I panicked. He then proceeded to throw the bags up onto the street as we didn’t realise all the laundry was in bags outside our windowBreakfast open until 10:30 but at 10:10 informed everything switched off 4 pieces of bread left and no butter as they have run out!!
