  : Quiet warm comfortable in a great location near street markets, restaurants and bars.
  : As usual in such apartments, the kitchen could be more usefully and generously equipped, and some simple instructions for the telly would be handy

  : Everything, we couldn't find it, their contact was impossible, and they were difficult to even message

  : I liked the layout of the apartment and comfortable bed.
  : I didnt like that it was on the high floor. I had trouble taking my luggage up and pulled some muscles. Apartment had a strange smell and could be cleaner. I didnt like that I would only receive check in instructions at 3pm and I had to pay refundable deposit of 250. Complicated check in!

  : Simple, clean, and airy. The apartment was exactly what I wanted from a pied--terre whilst I spent a few days working in Guildhall. No disturbances, no interruptions, and Whitecross Market right round the corner.
  : Being told that I would be met and then that changing to having access codes sent through email was not good because I wasn't expecting this and it was very late by the time I actually got things sorted. If it had been sent via the booking,com messaging system it would have been easier to access and I imagine that people travelling for work would be hamstrung if they used their work email which they did not also have on their phone.

  : Bathrooms were dirty, bathroom door hanging off and dangerous, mould in the showers, mould on the bathroom walls, paint bubbling on the bathroom wall, shower door wouldnt close and generally apartments were not well maintained

  : I didn't even go to the residence because the housewife refused to give Chekin's information , And the reason was that I was 24 years old, this is absurd, an extortion did not return my money and did not give me a stay
