  : The room we stayed in was big, the beds were comfortable and the air-con worked well. The room also had a cozy feel and was a lot cleaner than many hotels I've stayed in in the UK.
  : There were a few minor things I noticed could be fixed. None of them severe enough so that they negatively affected our stay. There were no drawers or shelves to store stuff/clothes in, a little bank of drawers in the generously sized cabinet and a few more hangers would have been great!There was a lot of minibar-stuff in the room, and not a lot of space to store it out of the way so the room looked cluttered quickly.The shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced as it sprayed water in every direction, not just down, and the pipes up to the showerhead leaked.The toilet made a loud weird noise after being flushed.The mini-fridge wasn't cold.

  : Great style of decor and very comfortable bed. Charming furnishings.
  : Really unfriendly attitude of manager checking me in. Unsmiling and pretty unhelpful. Has put me off staying there again to be honest and changed my next stay to the premier inn.

  : Beautifully decorated room, absolutely huge with a lovely bathroom with roll top bath. Great location close to stations and very central. Amazingly, I didn’t hear any street noise from my room at the back. Was a really nice stay.
  : Only fault was that the bed could have been comfier! The pillows were a little hard :(
