  : The style was nice
  : Condensation in all the windows, broken shower that never warmed up despite calling to report it nothing was done after. Need to pass lots of security just to get in the front door which was also broken. There are no staff on site and no one local to help.

  : There was no blind or curtains on the windows so there was no privacy. Looked like it had broken and not been fixed. They gave me a partial refund.Also, weak water pressure in the shower.

  : The room was too hot, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everyone above and around me. We cut our stay short and went to stay with family on Thursday September 28th so we could get some sleep. We opted not to return.

  : Location if this airbnb style accommodation was great and in a quiet area but still felt safe. Very close to Farringdon station which made getting around London very easy.
  : A few small things were disapointing about the rooms, making it not as value for money. The rooms are very basic and are smaller, older and more run-down that they appear in the photos. There was broken tiles on the floor of the bathroom. The walls and doors are very thin, which meant you could hear anyone walking past, flushing toilets and using the keypads to access the rooms.

  : First of all the room was not clean and it was very small. We stayed 11 days and they didn't have a person to clean the room, unacceptable and the fact that the dishes were dirty. The walls are terrible, there is no soundproofing at all, the price is very expensive for such a Sonder. There wasn't a lot of toilet paper in the toilet and apparently they never changed the bathroom towels or the sheets

  : You can hear absolutely every sound, walls are made of paper. Shower was not working when we arrived, they promised to get someone to fix it in 30 minutes but it took 4+ hours. Very weird was the fact that during our 5 night stay they had to do property inspection in our room?? Why?
