  : Location was excellent
: The room shower was a tad bit small and uncomfortable. Awkward position.

: The property was in a great location and the breakfast was amazing. However, the room was in the basement which was dark and dingy and there was no electricity when we arrived. We had to call reception to sort this out as the lights had tripped, but this led us to bring late for an event. We asked to change rooms to speed this up, but that wasn’t possible. If we’d have known we were stuck in the basement with no light, we’d have booked elsewhere!
: Basement room dark and claustrophobic.

: Breakfast excellent cold buffet. Staff always on top of stocking up.
: Two main issues - we stayed four nights and asked for fresh bedding and towels after two nights - they left these in a bag and there was no room service to change the bed or take away the dirty items. Secondly the electrics in the room were faulty requiring the fuse trip to be used several times. They said this was a frequent occurrence but it was not good.

: No shower curtain, noisy room from creaking of floors etc above. Small room.

Poor
Traveller Type: solo traveller
: Location was extremely convenient. Staff were polite and eager to help. However it’s not the staff at the property but the whole management and the business model that needs to be looked at.
: No cleaning of the room for the duration of the stay. Not to mention the room was so small that if stretch the hands - would touch both sides of the wall. Such a property might work for someone who is looking for staying for 1 or max 2 nights and only to sleep in. This is absolutely unsuitable for anyone for a relaxing vacation where staying in the room reminded one of a dark novels of Charles Dickens. Can’t understand how any room cannot be cleaned for almost a week’s stay.Wonder how such rooms and facilities can even get the license to be run as they are.
