  : Not enough sheets or towels provided for all 5 guests. Bathroom was filthy. Floor was filthy and made our feet dirty on the bottom when walking around. There should be a sign saying that the dryer doesn't work. Not enough toiletries (shampoo, toilet paper, etc ) provided for 5 guests.

  : The location of the property is central, but it is also very noisy. At 2am (every night), people were moving past the property with speakers playing at full volume. In the early morning (5-6am), there was also noise from the city sanitation collecting bottles. This noise was very disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.
  : I had an extremely negative experience during my stay at 33 Old Compton St. apartment. The level of customer service was abysmal, as there were no apologies or compensation offered despite multiple issues. To start with, after reservation we got a confirmation that our apartment will be in the second floor however upon arrival we found out that we got the third floor (no elevator). On the first morning of our stay, we discovered that we were unable to leave the apartment due to a lock malfunction. Contacting the property owner only led us to their customer service, which didn't begin operating until 10 am. Our urgent emails went unanswered as well. In desperation, we had to seek help from people down the street, throwing them the key so they could try to unlock the door from the outside. The feeling of helplessness and frustration was overwhelming. Eventually, we managed to leave the apartment, but we had to leave the door open out of fear that we wouldn't be able to re-enter. The customer service finally responded around 11 am and assured us that they would replace the lock. However, they later informed us that the lock had been fixed and told us not to worry. The following day, upon returning to the apartment in the evening, we discovered that we couldn't open the door, and to make matters worse, the key broke. We tried contacting the property owner, but their service hours ended at 8 pm. Even when we reached out to booking.com's customer service for assistance in reaching the owner, they were unable to help. After three frustrating hours of searching for an alternative place to sleep, we decided to check the safe where we initially collected the key, only to find a new key inside. Apparently, the owner had replaced the lock without coordinating and without informing us, effectively locking us out of the property and providing us hours of anxiety and stress as we anxiously awaited any form of assistance.

  : The only thing I like is the location, central London, very convenient,but the apartment no have bath tub which is no suitable for us with little one .
  : The bed too soft , I am no sleep well .Need a bath mat as my son fell down after shower Window no very safe for family who having small children going with .

  : The livingroom furniture was very stained and the appartment seemed dark and lacking decor. There were dust and stains (from coffee cups and other) on all surfaces.
