  : There were noisy drunks that came from the main street into Bourchier Street which is a narrower side street. Very noisy resulting in a bad nights sleep. All happened just below my apartment, Room 2 and the Police were called.The apartment was dreadfully overlooked by the offices opposite. All you see is the people working etc and they can see straight into your rooms unless you permanently close your blinds. There are extremely noisy Aircon units running all night from the offices opposite which you can hear even with your windows closed.There was no guest handbook! I told q appartments as I was unable to adjust the heating system which was 24 degrees and too hot so the cleaner showed where to switch off.Foisty room smell.Bathroom sink water does not drain away very easily.Noisy filter system fitted in the bedroom wardrobe.

  : The location was great and it was very clean, couldn't hear any outside noise and very secure
  : Disappointing the TV didn't work as remote wasn't synced, I did contact and have to say the customer service were very good however couldn't be resolved before we departed. I'd also note that only two coffee pods were left for two day stay for two people. For the cost of the stay this was disappointing, even if some sachets had been left this would of been better. Instead we went out and bought instant coffee. Maybe a cafeteria would of been useful

  : Good location, but the entrance is hidden and there was no explanation from the host. The unit was spacious and relatively well maintained.
  : 1. I did not know from the beginning that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. 2. The unit is not well soundproofed and was terrible noisy until 3 am every night. 3. We spent almost a week. All the toiletries and toilet paper were as per one night. When I asked for refil, I got a cold answer saying that refill is once per week.
