  : A well presented flat, very clean and comfortable beds.
  : The customer service was extremely poor. The owner was on holiday and said theyd only be checking emails sporadically. I sent several but didnt receive a reply, nor from the back up email address or the maintenance text number provided.The toilet in the en-suite dripped loudly making sleeping in the main bedroom unbearable.The system in the lobby beeped continuously, until we figured out how to get it to stop. These two things could have easily been solved with better communication.

  : Good location, cooker, microwave and sofa bed all fantastic
  : We stayed a week it was disappointing not to have sheets on arrival for the double bed sofa bed. Whilst there were only 3 of us staying, my Husband has to have a room to himself due to his snoring and stroke he had. My daughter needed her own room because she was performing in a show each day and so the first night we had to make do. I contacted the host at 8am via text to get extra bedding and had to chase this up again at 6pm the same day. The flat is great but lacks another saucepan, sharp cooking knives and a wooden spoon. The information pack explained that housekeeping change towels every 3 days. We were there 7 days and we did not get clean towels, nor did anyone come and service the flat at anytime.

  : Reasonable price for a place in central London. It is very well-located when getting around tourist attractions, maximum 20 mins by bus. Less than 10 mins by walk to Exmouth Market, which has many caf and dinning options. Supermarkets are just around the corner, just 7 mins by walk (to either Tesco or Waitrose). The flat has nice dcor and light (include nature and bulbs). Fully equipped with kitchen tools. Quite comfortable beds and clean toilets.
  : Except for the living room and the kitchen, the wifi connection is very poor towards all bedrooms. The trash bin doesn't have full-covered lid which leads to small bugs flying around the kitchen. No clear instruction on how to put away the trash. Manual lock key should have been put to where it's easier to be found.
