  : No ramp for the baby’s stroller, no one to help me with the stairs they had when entering and leaving the hotel. I had to ask random people to help with the stroller passing out of the hotel. breakfast had 2 sections and whenever i went to sit they told me that area is closing sooner. I believe they could not be bothered to clean that area so they were trying to avoid people of seating there.

  : Staff went out of their way to accommodate and mostly to correct all the errors and deficiencies. The onsite restaurant Hispania is outstanding. The breakfast is nice.
  : We asked about accessibility, and the hotel neglected to mention that there are 8 steps to get in. For a wheelchair user that is a huge issue. We had trouble getting our room cleaned and fresh towels, and had to ask at the desk multiple times over a 10-day stay. We requested a boxed breakfast but no apples due to allergies, the breakfast contained apples. The hallway outside of our door was filthy. The view from our window was construction debris. The room itself has no drawers for storing clothes and only a handful of hangers. There is nowhere to put your towel when you shower. As a final touch, we got early morning wake-up calls meant for other people.

  : Love the location, close to the tube station. Love the 24 hour access to the gym. The bed was comfortable. Appreciate the air conditioning. It was a lovely room & the service & staff was EXCELLENT!
  : Our room was RIGHT by the main door into the hallway, so every entry & exit was a LOUD door slamming. The view from the first floor, obviously was sad. The eggs at breakfast were like soup. Not just runny. They were still liquid!! I love eggs & was very disappointed.
