  : The flat was a good size for 5 of us. The location was excellent, very close to the tube.
  : When we arrived at the property I reported that the main toilet was broken, the water was constantly running but the flush didnt work . I got in touch with the company straight away who asked for a video of what was wrong. Once I sent the video footage I didnt hear a thing back from them and the toilet remained broken and out of use for our whole stay. I found this exceptionally disappointing and would therefore not recommend this company. I even sent another email on our way home saying how disappointed I was and didnt hear a thing back from them at all. This flat was booked to give my 3 girls a bit of space and their own toilet to use and not have to share.Fortunately there was an en-suite toilet that was working.The flat needs TLC, lots of the crockery was chipped, mirror was cracked, picture had been taken off the walls but big marks where they had been up,lots of marks on the walls. All it really needs is some fresh paint and new non chipped crockery.

  : BIG apartment size, especially for London, kitchen and facilities, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, secure apartment block with lifts, 5min to tube station. Walking distance to supermarkets
  : Mattresses were old, very uncomfortable, need replacing. Small TV for the size of apartment. Can not directly contact apartment owner for assistance, 7 days to get 250 bond returned

  : The location of the apartment is prime! Close to the Elephant& castle tube station, bus stops, supermarkets, cafs, you can easily walk to Westminster, London bridge and much more. The area is safe. The view from the apartment is amazing!!! The apartment is cozy, warm and spacious. Keep in mind you can ask for an additional set of keys. The WiFi connection is excellent, all the appliances work and are in good condition. There was a crib in the flat if you're travelling with little children. The deposit was refunded in 2 days after checking out.
  : The booking experience was a lot of hassle. You are asked to provide quite a lot of details asap and the overall feeling is like you are treated guilty till proven innocent. Also consider the deposit you have to pay (250). You will have to pick up the keys from a store close to the tube station. The check in and check out times (3pm and 10am) are quite late/early.

  : Location great, spacious shared area, good bathrooms & quieter than anticipated. Although it wasnt used, good to have a balcony.
  : Although everything we needed, quite basic furnishings. Mattress in main bedroom uncomfortable & could do with better pillows. Door sticks in main bedroom en-suite & mirror in en suite bedroom too high to see yourself!!

  : The bathrooms were very dirty when we arrived. There was body hair all over the floors and used towels hanging behind the door and on the radiator. We also had to buy our own hand soap, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper.
