  : The location is incredible, it is right next to the Underground station and within walking distance to the river's bank, Shakespear's Globe and of course Borough Market. It is a fantastic place to stay if you plan to explore London. So many cool places on the south bank to explore on foot. It is easy to catch metro or a bus too. Our room was super comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay on the south bank. I will most probably book it again when we plan our next London trip :)

  : The location was great; it was right next to the Borough tube station. It is on the nicer end of Borough High Street and is close to some great takeaway restaurants and cafés.
  : As seen in the attached photos, the hotel was awful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a corridor with no carpet. The lock on the door was not secure, and the batteries were held in on the back using sellotape. The room was unbearably hot as there was no ventilation (including in the bathroom!)The Room: There was a generator or similar machine just outside of the window running 24/7; because there was no ventilation, we were forced to keep the windows open at all times, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. In addition, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the kettle was broken. The hairdryer provided had a wire so short it would not stretch to use the mirror. Pillows were lumpy, and the bed linen was stained and scratchy.The Bathroom:Mould was everywhere, and what looked like a bleach stain in the basin. The sink, shower, and toilet didn't drain properly; I had to turn the shower on and off while using it to avoid overflowing. As there was no ventilation, condensation built up on the mouldy ceiling and fell as the room cooled, creating a slip hazard.

  : The hotel was right next to the underground, which was very comfortable. London Bridge was just a 15 mins walk away,The room was small, but clean, and it served our purpose great!The staff was helpful, we even left our lugagge for storage at reception before the flight back home!

  : The location was fantastic and the room we had was super quiet despite the location being above the Tube Station and on a busy junction.
  : The free water fridge was seldom full. Just needs this keeping full and all would have been great.
