  : The location was very convenient with a short walk to Paddington station.
  : When I arrived I was allocated a basement room with my 11 year old daughter which had a door next to it that lead out into the back of the building up to the st, I didnt feel very safe and there was also bars on my window. The room was also unclean with welcome tea and biscuits, the biscuits were all crushed and covered in pink sticky substance and the furniture was very dated and scratched. My dining table had a wonky leg and also there was dampness on the walls which tried to be covered with paint and the light switch was all cracked around it. I did complain and was moved rooms the next day, I was told to pack my bag and it would be moved for me. Me and my daughter left to go to a show and reception called me three times to tell me my room was occupied and I couldnt be moved if I was still in my own room, I explained I was in London at a show and not in the room and the receptionist could seem to grasp this as there was a language barrier to which she hung up. Came home at 10pm that night was moved room to very top floor which was a bit of a climb but much better than the first room, still dated furniture and not very clean down andAround the shower and skirtings. I put a do not disturb sign in my door as I was in late that night from show and I was woke by house keeping at 8.20 am knocking the door wanting to come in and clean - totally ignored the sign on the door and I had to tell her twice no I dont want the room cleaned, I only moved in the night before I was not pleased to be woke up at this time. You can also hear absolutely everything, girl next door her hair after 11pm at night and people going to the toilet,
