  : I would love to say what I liked about the property but Q Apartments moved us to a different property with only two days notice not very happy and will not use this firm again. Customer services are non existent.

  : We were transferred to the Soho Lofts. It was very nice and clean. Great location.
  : Did not like having our stay changed without letting us know. They said there was a problem with Garrick mansions so we could not stay

  : Due to issues at this property before our arrival, we were transferred to a different Q Apartments property in Soho which was well located, clean and spacious.
  : The air conditioning at the property did not work. I messaged the property to seek assistance and did not receive a response. Normally this wouldnt be an issue in London however during our stay it was 30 degrees Celsius every day. There also is no elevator meaning you have to carry your luggage up the multiple flights of stairs.

  : At the order process they helped and seems very nice (We asked that another kid will stay with us and they agree without extra charge, as long as we will bring everything)
  : They lied about the size of the apartment - it's appears as 64m, while it's 45m (they have fixes it after we notice). Tow days before our arrival, after full payment, The changed our location (15 min away) to a good location, but not for us. The minute we've found another arrangement, we've left and told them. So we didn't spend there the last day and night. Yet, they didn't agree to help, talk to us, or refund some of the money

  : Bathroom was smelling and the climb to apartment was 7 flights up,my wife and I both have arthritic hips so was very difficult to ascend and descend.
