  : I did not find the terrace promised on the picture. the 'coach' to sleep for a 3rd person is really not a bed and was not comfortable. a hairdrier that can only be used far from mirrors is not useful. space was smaller than expected

  : Fantastic location just about 2 mins from Euston Station, I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews complaining about the area mostly being a bit noisy and messy but the apartment was perfect, it looks like there was a club downstairs previously ( as per some reviews ) but it seems is gone as there are some works and the builders told me it was gonna be a restaurant. plenty of shops nearby and supermarkets. There is a deposit of about 500Euros/450 for damages but is also displayed on the booking site so it was all clear, we stayed in other apartments before so the process of sending identification and details is common for this type of property. the lady on the phone was very clear and helpful.

  : This was a lovely, centrally-located home base for our brief exploration of the London area. We definitely made good use of the washing machine in the unit, but were glad that we brought along some line to string up for drying the clothes. It was a bit warm in the apartment, but fans were provided in every room, which also aided with the clothes drying. The rooms were comfortably sized, and the kids thought it was really cool that the room they claimed had access to a rooftop deck and a tiny bathroom. Having the travel links of Euston, King's Cross, and St. Pancras at our doorstep was fantastic, no matter where we went in the city or surrounding areas, there was a tube line or bus route that could bring us back home.
  : Our first issue was that we couldn't locate the property as the number on the door was obscured by a railing and when we called the office, no one was able to describe which door we were looking for - luckily, one of us finally spotted it. When entering the building, there was a strong smell of damp and there was some rubbish on the landing outside the apartment door. The apartment itself was clean and smelled fresh, except for the bathroom which was right by the apartment door, had the same damp smell (although not as strong), and had the look of a room that had suffered some water damage in the past. It could also have benefitted from a scrub of the shower walls which had mildew in the grout lines and a step stool to get up into the tub/shower. The apartment was warm, so we opened the windows and turned on the fans, but there were no screens in the windows and tufts of pollen kept blowing in on the breeze. The door out to the rooftop deck didn't seem to lock at all, but the fence enclosing the deck gave it a (small) feeling of safety, so we put a heavy suitcase in front of it at night and called it good. The television didn't seem to have any connection to an antenna or cable service, so the only entertainment available would have been streaming services if we wanted to log in to them, but for the short time we had in the apartment at nights we didn't find it necessary.

  : Excellent location just couple of minutes from the station, a supermarket just opposite the apartment and also there is a nice restaurant downstairs. We couldnt find a hairdryer :( but in general the apartment was clean and comfortable. Just the wifi worked a bit slow at times but it did the job

  : We check in at the office nearby as we arrived in the morning and left the bags ( very helpful ) for a few hours and then went to the property and the ladies were helpful. Collected the keys with a code and some instructions they provided us by email literally next door to the apartment in a little supermarket also handy as we managed to get some groceries. We had a drink and some food downstairs from the apartment, building seems moderately new and clean inside and specially the apartment; the only downside was the wifi connection a bit slow at times but generally good. There was a deposit of 450 to pay but they refunded us after couple of days as promised, we had to send an ID by email but seems very common for this type of accommodation and the fact we actually visited the offices gave us a better feeling. Definitely will use them again and seems they have more locations. Thank you :)
