  : I loved the location! Just around the corner there are caffes, pubs, book store, yet it was nice and quiet in the evening. There is a cute little park right in front of the hotel.The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The bed was very comfortable and suited my bad back.
  : During weekdays breakfast is served until 9 and only on the weekend until 9:30.

  : Bed was very small (to be fair, this is indicated to be the case on the ad) but in my opinion should not be advertised as a double room as was very uncomfortable for two normal sized adults to sleep in. As a result I found the room to be quite overpriced.

  : Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Very small variety of food for breakfast and there was mold on the bread.The toilet in the lobby didn't have any toilet paper two of the three times we checked, there was pee on the toilet and there was water and paper all over the floor. We booked a room for 2, we got a room for 1-2 persons which makes no sense. What does 1-2 mean? Is it suitable for 1,5 person? The room was tiny, the shower was tiny, and the bed was tiny. Expected more considering what we payed for the room.

  : The location is very good for access to multiple transportation options. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and functional. The breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent!
  : It was too warm in our southwest facing room. It didn't have a/c, however, the fan provided did help us to get a decent night's sleep.

  : Love that it was close to the tube and the train station that took us to Paris was only an 11minute walk. I felt safe and lots of pubs and places nearby. I also loved that I got a hot breakfast every morning along with croissants and the peaches that my daughter loved. Everything was clean and definitely up to my standard. The staff took their time to help even when it was late. They were always pleasant.
  : My bathroom had no electrical outlet and no where else had a mirror so I had to get creative to straighten my hair. Also there is no air conditioning which we had a tough time with after walking all day in the surprisingly hot October days of our stay. We kept our windows open all day and all night. The room was small but it had everything you truly needed. No elevator so we had to lift our stroller up and down the steps.

  : The property was well located for Russell Square, Euston and St Pancras/Kings cross all being within 10 mins walk. It was also reasonably quite. Good pubs and restaurants nearby. The small room top floor was what we booked and it was what it said on the tin. Hotel no good for disabled after ground floor as no lift. It was clean, small lounge and great fro drop off and collect luggage before check in and after check out. BreakfastWas great with lots of options but could get busy.
