  : Absolutely nothing
  : The place was an absolute dive. There was a huge pile of plasterboard panels piled up in the corridor outside my room. The carpets throughout the hotel and in my room were in a shocking state, barely hoovered at all. There was dirty tissue on the floor in the bathroom, no plug in the sink and the shower was leaking. Old magazines and travel guides were randomly left around. Under the bed looks like it has never been hoovered ever, full of dust and cobwebs. There were wooden stirrers inside the radiator - which did not work. The lining of the curtains was filthy with hideous brown stains and filthy water marks. Wall lamp byt he bed was literally hanging off over my head as I 'slept'. The room was a basement room with a window out into a rear courtyard with a motion sensing light. Someone kept going in and out until around 2am and each time my room was flooded with light so I got very little sleep at all. Wi-fi didn't work in the room. Finally and to cap it all, I felt dirtier when I left than when I arrived. Would never stay here again.

  : The hotel is well located and it's a good choice if you're looking for an economic accomodation in London near the city centre. Even though the room is small, it's sufficientelly convinient for a practical stay. The staff is kind to help with requests.
  : Even though I wasn't expecting too much, there's plenty of room for improvement considering the price. Rooms could be cleaner and a daily room service is a bear minimum.

  : The stairs was too small, hard to drag the suitcase. Not a single chair inside the room.

  : It was dirty, and loud. Our neighbours came in and out of their door at all hours and it slammed loudly, once as late as 3am. There was no security. The room was very cramped and was not even cleaned from the previous occupants. This should be a hostel not a hotel.

  : The location was ideal, the staff were lovely, and the large fan and open window meant that we were very comfortable on what was a very hot night. The shower was fantastic.
  : There was no bin in the room, and there wasn't much room to walk around the bed.
