  : Good clean room. Small & perfectly formed. Great shower. Friendly staff. And a really great location. Less than 20 minutes from the tube. For the price absolutely perfect.

  : Didnt like the hotel, will only stay in chain hotels in future, this was a bad choice and a waste of money.
  : Couldnt stay there as the room was damp smelling and would have been unhealthy to stay there. Didnt seem very clean and very damp smelling air.

  : Good location, close to the victoria station
  : The room are very SMALL! It was really hard moving in the room and in the bathroom if i see HOTEL, i thought about an hall, entrance; forgot everything, its really different about an idea of hotel. I asked for the hairdryer that didt work in my room, but nobody doing nothing for me its too expensive for the room the location is good but the room are really too small for that price.

  : Great location. Straight forward check in, room has everything you need. Iron available on request. Good shower and comfy bed.
  : Not the cleanest, lots of dust on surfaces. Staff were pleasant but not exactly warm or welcoming.

  : Great hotel in a great location, less than 10 minute walk to London Victoria train and coach station, and plenty of bus options nearby. You can easily walk to Buckingham palace and Westminster in 20 minutes. Plenty of food options in the area as well. Room was lovely and modern but small, as are most hotels in London - was perfect for a solo traveller but would be cramped for two people.
  : Staff were lovely but there were language barriers which caused issues when asking for assistance. The hotel advertises in the room that they can assist with airport transfers, however when I asked about this I was given directions to the Gatwick express train. That wasnt what I was asking, and trying to reframe the question had no success. You need to ask for the WiFi password and they rattle it off so quickly you need them to repeat it. It would be great to have it listed in the room
