  : I expected more to be honest - no milk for coffees, beds a bit small , lift out of order - difficult with pram, didn’t seem a member of staff during break, WiFi intermittent , impossible to watch Netflix as kept buffering .

  : The location was ideal for the purpose of our visit, and in general the size of the apartment met our needs and was acceptably clean for the most part.For four adults sharing the cost of the accommodation it was on the whole value for money and comfortable over our 3 night stay.The housekeeper who turned up shortly after we tried unsuccessfully to gain access at 3pm was particularly helpful and saved the day for us.
  : There was nobody on reception to facilitate our access although we arrived at stated earliest arrival time of 3pm. Though not clear if it was an access code for the keylock on confirmation email, it actually didn't work anyway.No answer from contact telephone number for Capital; left only with resorting to communicatingwith Capital via Booking.com and via email - if I were an owner and had been contacted with guest's mobile number because they can't gain access I'd have rung in person to resolve the issue. Thankfully the housekeeper arrived and we finally gained access to our apartment after 3.30pm. This significantly adversely impacted on our available time to get sorted and honour the arrangements we had booked.We had the apartment on top floor & expected to use stairs from third to fourth floor as there is apparently a lift to the third floor; but in fact this was not working which we hadn't been informed of prior to arrival. The lift has obviously been out of use for some time as it was being used for storage...? Not satisfactory at all and arguably the cost of the apartment should have been reduced to reflect this inconvenience.Instructions for the central heating not available - thankfully the windows could be opened as the heat was oppressive at times.This could be an exceptional apartment, it really has great potential with a bit more pride and care to the furnishings; for example the rugs were stained and grubby.The main bathroom light switch is temperamental, rarely working first time.Also, please ensure you clean your shower heads regularly and thoroughly - on initial use the water flow was only a dribble and when we cleaned them over ourselves there was the tell-tale sign of neglect when we removed a lot of black residue. They did then work as you'd expect a rain shower to perform.Otherwise, the apartment met our needs but could have been better.
