  : Location was great for us.
  : Temperature in the Shower of the 2nd bedroom could not be altered. Blinds in the first bedroom did not close properly. This was first raised by a previous occupant in July.

  : Agents 'Houst' were aware of a broken glass door in the property but chose not to remove the apartment from availability and continued to market it before making repairs - A serious health & safety issue and an accident waiting to happen! This was a corporate booking made for two employees before Christmas. As soon as the condition of the property was reported they were moved to a safer venue. The frosted shower room door in one of the bedrooms had obviously shattered and had been removed. This should have been enough to make the property uninhabitable, particularly as the toilet was then open to the whole room. However, there were large jagged shards of glass still attached all around the frame including the threshold and glass remains on the carpet. This is a very serious health & safety concern at best, and it was fortunate that it was not a booking for a family, as if a child had entered the room, they could have very easily have sustained life threatening injuries. It is beyond belief that the agents did not immediately stop taking bookings and clearly did not make a full inspection as soon as they were aware of the damage. There was also a very large old water stain on the bedroom carpet where the shower had been leaking for some time. The bedroom blind had a broken mechanism resulting in the slats not closing and allowing the outside light to illuminate the bedroom all night. Hardly the 'Beautiful, newly renovated apartment' advertised!

  : I could be better cleaned. cutlery was not well good. shower faucet doesn't work and you can only have hot hot water. there is not room to regulate WIFI instruction for connection are not available

  : Lovely bright apartment clean, modern and in a great location.
  : Lovely apartment in a great location but completely let down by the management company of this property. The shower was broken whole time we stayed there. The control was broken and unable to adjust water temperature which was scalding hot so we could not use it at all. We e mailed, called and spoke with the management, sent a video of broken shower as they requested, and sent many messages. No one got back in touch and the shower was not fixed during our entire 9 night stay.
