  : The location was great for a short stay in London and apartment was clean and tidy.
  : When we booked it was advertised as having a washing machine however it was shared - not in the apartment.This was okay as it was not being used when we needed it.You cannot check in before allocated time as no one there to mind luggage.

  : Good value for a spacious room.
  : Never any staff around if you need help. Our bathroom sink was blocked and we called reception (at another location) and they said maintenance probably wouldnt come out because it was the weekend. I have messaged them about this, but they never replied.

  : It was a dreadful experience.First, when we arrived we found that the sink was clogged. We called the contact number that they gave us and the man who responded told us that there is nothing that he can do until the next day.The next day they repaired the sink but you could clearly tell that afterwards they didn't clean it, they left it as the plumber left it.Second, one day before our check out, in the evening, they suddenly decided they would change the password needed to enter the building, without saying a word to us. We arrived at the property and we couldn't enter because we had the wrong password given to us at check in, and this time, the number that they gave us was unavailable.. we were lucky that someone left the building and we swooped in this way.. she also told us that the password was suddenly changed and that it was written on a piece of paper which was put on a wall insid the building. But if you were out all day you couldn't have seen it..Lastly, the thermostat was really hard to set, it was always too hot even though we set it to 16 degrees Celsius... you only could stop it but you can't open the windows so it's the only source of ventilation...We really are not pretentious but this was a really unpleasant experience, so i advice everyone to go to another place.

  : Location is excellent
  : Basement apartment dark & dingy. No staff at front desk. Only one key for two of us. Called to enquire about extra key, no soap and bathroom heater out of order. No call back and no action. Stayed two nights and room was not serviced. Our second stay here was night and day from our first stay. Disappointing.
