  : The apartment was clean and spacious. Everyone looks very new and the location is very close to the city centre. The TV was especially create due to the size.
  : The bed was a bit small for our liking and my pillow had a hole in it that left the inside exposed. Also the back garden was full of trash (this is probably because they are refurbishing the upstairs what it seems like). Furthermore, its a bit noise because the windows have single glass on the street side.

  : The location is close to the university and it is walkable into the city.
  : There was a overwhelming sickly smell on entry to the building which lingered throughout our stay. This really put me off the place. The apartment is smaller than it looks on the pictures but it is comfortable enough and nicely decorated . There is a bit of wear and tear and the shower pressure is terrible. The bathroom door did not close properly. There was an awful lot of contact about what the purpose or our trip was, our ages etc. I understand the hen parties arent wanted but it was fairly clear we werent going to party considering we were a family of 3. I also contacted them following the trip about a piece of lost property and they have been extremely poor in their response. I have sent messages and phoned but now that our money has been paid, they do not seem interested in helping.

  : Loved the little touches like salt pepper, and washing up liquid etc.
  : Sofa bed was really not great . Metal frame was dangerous for kids when getting out of bed.

  : Hall smelt of sick and was needing some decoration. No lock working on bathroom door and door didnt shut properly.

  : The property was central, easy to find and access. It was clean, tidy with large rooms. I would stay here again
  : Maintenance was ongoing but we were told this before we arrived and it made no difference to our stay at all.

  : Lovely well furnished modern apartment in a wonderful area of Liverpool. Definitely recommend. The staff were also very receptive and helpful when responding to my queries.
