: It is a decent size flat with a washing machine and dryer.
: There are over 90 of additional charges to the price advertised including towels, tap water etc. These are additional to the booking.com flat cost that you see for the price when booking so make sure you look for these. You have to pay through an external website that I have never heard of after making your booking. Money is not taken through Booking.com as usual.Booking.com lists a 100 deposit to stay on the page that lists additional charges (not easy to find). I was initially asked for 200 by the host when struggling to pay on the external system.I left a week ago and my deposit has still not been returned to my account. The owner now says it takes up to 10 days. Initially he said it would be returned the day we left. The flat smells of smoke. The owner said that somehow people managed to book and have parties during the lockdown. This is something I do not want to really know as a guest or have to deal with the consequences (deposits and smells). We are teachers. We travel each holiday and use booking.com for every trip. We have done for years. This was by far the poorest experience.

: Very comfortable and well located flat with all the amenities you needFree Car parking was a plus as we were driving from London. Adam, who I dealt with during the booking process, was very approachable and easy to communicate with, considering we made a last minute booking. Also the formalities to complete in order to confirm the booking were user friendly, informative and clear to follow.
: The common areas of the building are a real let down, from the bad sewage smell as soon as you enter the building to the lift which is not working to the designated floor. But thankfully the property was very comfortable with some excellent views of Liverpool from the 8th floor.

: Great location, easy to get to from the train station, close to centre. Very clean, good size.
: Beds were a bit too soft and not the most comfortable to sleep in.

: Great location and the host of the property was very helpful. Good value for money and a really safe place to park and leave my car. I would definitely use this property again as long as the price remains competitive.
: Had to drive round to a shop close by to pick up the keys and the code I was given did not work so had to ring host to get another code sent through.

: Just that it was a little far out, a bit of a walk!

: Location was great, facilities was good and really impressed with the overall experience
: Only 1 lift was working which meant long waiting times for people who want to go up or go down. Not exactly anything wrong with the rooms itself.
