  : The location is great for sightseeing around the harbor. The flat is modern and very accommodating with plenty of space for a family of four. The view from the harbor is spectacular on clear and rainy days. Large windows makes for good natural light. There is a small grocery next door where we could get breakfast items.
  : It was a bit of a hike if you have multiple suitcases and walking from the train station. The bathroom floor tiles were loose and need grout work, otherwise the bathrooms are large with good water pressure.

  : Excellent location. Marvellous views. The apartment was clean and all cutlery, crockery, etc provided. Cleaning products inc, dishwasher and washing machine. Free WiFi.Comfortable living space and bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Plenty wardrobe space.
  : Patio was not finished (slabs not cemented in), and balcony railing did not feel secure. There is no key for the balcony door. A couple of seats would be nice on the balcony to relax on?No air conditioning, which was needed, as warm outside, and the apartment had a lot of glass windows that do not open with being on the 9th floor. Few minor items to be fixed, such as a cracked window in the bedroom and cracked tile in the bathroom. Blind broken in bedroom.Parking is in multi-story next door. £22.50 for 24 hours! Helpful tip was given afterwards to use the Just Park app, and then you can come and go during your 24hrs otherwise you pay for individual sessions every time.

  : Really spacious apartment great location and lovely outdoor space. Wonderful space with everything you need. Easy check in and out would certainly visit again. Great value.
  : Mattress are really uncomfortable as are the pillows. We were so tired it didn't upset our sleep but would not be the case if staying for more than one night. The blind in the main bedroom is translucent which isn't great as we were awake at 5am due to the light streaming in. However if staying for one night would definitely consider this apartment again.

  : No air conditioning. Failing that, at least windows that could give ventilation, When the doors were closed, it was almost equal to a sealed box. Thank goodness for the balcony door.I should have noticed when booking this lack. I imagine it must be unbearable during hot summer months. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay,

  : Great location within easy walk to the city centre for entertainment, bars, restaurants and shopping. Spacious apartment within easy walk with a paid for car park next door.
  : Could not get the TV to play free view channels, so had YouTube in the background whilst getting ready to go out.

Disappointing

  : Location was what we wanted.
  : We said we'd arrive at 15.00 and did so.However, we did not recieve the promised email explaining how to access the building/the apartment until 15.34. Left us hanging around uncertain of what we should do. The apartments and public areas at Merchants Quarter are tired and don't live up to expectations created by the website. Paintwork chipped, bedrooms needed dusting, cigarette ends overflowing the 'ash tray' on the balcony. Unpleasant smell of cheap air freshners all pervasive.

  : Location is great in the waterfront and near to lots of things to see and do. Apartment was clean with beds made on our arrival. Apartment is a bit tired, things looking worn and broken. Flooring loose and patchy in places, bedroom furniture seen better days. Main bathroom was giving out a smell of drains so some issue in there… All I all apartment was ok in a really good convenient location
