  : We had a good night overall, was just expecting a little more for the money we paid to stay.
  : The room wasn’t like it was on the website, some of the jets weren’t working, the glasses were dusty, the room was smaller than what we expected considering the price we paid. You need to advertise the room that sleeps only 2 so they know what they’re waking into, I was disappointed when I opened the door. It was £10 more than the ibis hotel so I was hoping for more of a luxurious stay.

  : The room was very basic, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows extremely thin. Blood on the bed covers. Raised this with the hotel but I’m yet to have a response

  : There is no phone to ring for things like ice, drinks etc as when I went to the 7th floor from the 3rd the bar staff told us they would have delivered our drinks, there was no way to order from room,Room was very hot and windows didn't open so sleep was uncomfortable

  : Hotel is very dated, nothing like pictures needs some major work doing. Bathroom and kitchen in our room were not the cleanest (bathroom had mould all up wall and on shower head that could be easily cleaned). And the sofa beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept at. Disappointing for an upmarket hotel. Even more disappointing when it's been booked for a hen do and isn't what was expected

  : The room although now dared and carpets not cleaned had amazing views. No bottle water, no fridge and bo telephone to ring reception
  : Looking very dated now. The £50 holding fee should always be returned a few hours after check out not held for 7 days as told. It was a special occasion for us and the staff did go out their way to help us. However on return back to room we could not get into our room as somehow the night manager who had delivered the bucks fizz to our room has changed the code for the room card. So we had to go back from the presidential suite to reception sort. The whole hotel is looking dated, tired and in need of repair. I hope the owner actually does the upgrade with love and treats this whole building with respect as clearly he has moved on to other projects and left this hotel with little love or respect. We have travelled to many hotels and this is the very first to cancel breakfast for guests! Are the managers of this hotel really trained and understand people look at the hotel for the whole experience. It honestly felt like the staff enjoyed telling guests that their would no breakfast served!!
