  : Tracey the host (owner?) is the best! She’s an absolute ray of sunshine, loved starting my day enjoying her wonderful home cooked breakfast and interacting with her cheerful self. The location was the best for me because it was right in Old Town, and perfectly located between West Hill and East Hill which I went to everyday of my stay to see the sunset. The buses to Rye are right in front, so is the amusement park, mini golf, and beach. Room was so cozy, bed so comfy, and I got a great view of the hills and the sea.

  : Situated in the heart of the Old Town it was ideally located at one end of George Street which is a vibrant area. Accommodation was adequate for the 2 nights we stayed. The rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor so some steep stairs to navigate. Room was fine and breakfast excellent
