  : Didnt like how on there site it tells you that credit/debit cards are accepted but as soon as we arrived we was asked for full price in cash. When we replied we had credit card we was directed to the bank. This ate into our buget big style as cost was 171. The bedroom had a carpet in and the ensuite was tiled. There was a big diffrence in hight between the two floor coverings and at 1st we didnt see it. I tripped over it and was in a great deal of pain. This needs addressing asap ! Its self check out , leave your key in the door. I wasnt comfortable with this set up. There getting alot of money for no service at all. Wouldnt return the payment side is unaceptable. The bedroom window has a big window which over looks next doors court yard & to get undressed or prepared for going out curtains have to be closed. This makes it very dark. All in all a disapointment for us which was a shame as room is exceptionally clean

  : As usual, a very comfortable stay, clean room, and facilities.Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.Just a short walk from both the town centre and the railway station makes it a great location.

  : Nothing from the beginning it was bad
  : We arrived no one was at door it was locked. Someone finally came and I went to check in and I was asked to pay cash. I said I didn't have cash and it did not say that it said card payment.. I asked if I could transfer all answers were no. Very rude so I said I would go down to town and find an ATM which cost me extra fees as I am from Australia. We came back after dinner no one was there to give cash to so we went to sleep. At 11pm large knock on our door demanding the cash. I asked for a receipt and this was not received well. Then the shower did not work in the morning and there was no one to assist. Worse experience of our UK trip
