  : The fact the property did not have the number of advertised beds (exact reason for booking), The boiler didnt work hence no heating or hot water or shower (in scotland). The nice staff in the Gym close by let us shower there. Finally the "support" number was an overseas contact center that we called at least 10 times and nothing happened, numerous false promises were made. In short a terrrible stay. Avoid this place at all cost, ripped off and looking for a full refund.

  : Great location close to many bars and restaurants. Also it is a very short walk (10-15mins) from the main attractions in the old town and the railway station. We struggled to open the key safe on arrival (at 6pm on a Saturday) but the person on the end of the emergency telephone number was quick to respond and very helpful. The cafe/restaurant (next door and below the apartment ) was excellent - book to be sure of a table. (BTW no noise was heard in the apt from the cafe below) The apartment itself is very comfortable - great shower,warm, well equipped kitchen, living room. Felt very much like home from home.
  : More information about the key safe would be helpful. There are in fact several. We were sent information on how to access three different types of key safe, none of which corresponded to the actual key safe. In the end we tried all of them - it is NOT the one numbered 2 (as you would expect ) but the one nearest the door. Also we were asked whether we needed the sofa bed - which we did & replied yes - but we had to make it up ourselves. Not very problematic but there was no duvet cover to be found so we had to improvise with several large bed-sheets which luckily there were plenty of. Anyone sleeping on the sofa bed might find it a little noisy on a Friday or Saturday night. even though it is not on main road,
