  : Lovely wee hotel, decor lovely, facilities in room excellent.
  : Was very warm so had to have window open and then extremely early in morning there was a lot of noise outside, maybe bin lorries or some kind of work going on but was loud enough to wake us.

  : Really lovely hotel rooms with beautiful decor. Staff were really accommodating to check us in early as we were going to see Taylor Swift. Me and my husband stayed an additional day before we headed off to the airport on our honeymoon and we had a comfortable stay. Also had food and drink downstairs which was lovely.
  : It can be a bit confusing when entering as it does just seem like a restaurant, but staff are quick to accommodate and check you in.

  : We really liked that there was the restaurant/bar attached to Rabble. Because it was wet and cold in Edinburgh, we appreciated being able to have dinner and breakfast in attached restaurant.
  : We had some difficulty in initially finding Rabble's location.

  : Comfortable room with great little extra touches with the smeg fridge, Dyson fan, coffee machine, robes, hairdryer and straighteners.
  : Extra pillows would have been nice in the room. There was quite a bad smell of drains in the building luckily not in the rooms though. Also it was very noisy from bin/glass collections throughout the early hours which caused us to have broken sleep.

  : Great location, comfy bed, friendly staff, nice restaurant/bar downstairs
  : There were drunken people shouting outside till 2-3am and then glass waste and other delivery trucks arriving from 6am which was very loud (obviously not the hotel's fault but we had the windows closed and could still hear everything). The radiators on the corridor were on full blast which made the whole floor too hot. And the bathroom could've been upkept better.

  : Booked room with breakfast included. Just didn't get any breakfast. You should inform your guest that you don't do breakfast buffe. It's restaurant that takes guest from street as well as guest from hotel. Waiting time for (just) coffee was ca 30min. I didn't had more time to wait for food and had to leave without food. The day after I didn't even bother to wait 30min for cup of coffee and went to get breakfast at other place that was more faster. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend booking room with breakfast. And they will charge extra if you would like 2 different things. You can choose only one thing from menu and if you want more, you need to pay more. YOU REALY NEED TO PUT THIS INFORMATION ON BOOKING SITE FOR FUTURE GUEST TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. Room and bathroom needs some love, deep clean and some light renovation. A lot of noise from street. We had window open, room was to warm. You Need a sign from outside that would indicate where is entrance to the hotel!

  : Excellent location and good facilities, down to hair straighteners and lots of thoughtful touches
  : I think for the cost, I expected a little more comfort. We slept horrendously as the room was incredibly hot and the fan didn’t do anything. We also unfortunately waited 55 minutes for breakfast the next day, which resulted in us having to wolf it down in 10 minutes so we didn’t then miss our train home which soured our experience
