Stunning 2-Bed Apartment in Central Edinburgh

  : The property was in the perfect location for our needs and was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was warm and fresh and clean with attractive extra touches such as colourful towels and vases of flowers and complimentery soaps and coffee sugar supplies. There are several convenience stores in the street below and restaurants and cafes. Very close to Usher Hall and very easy walk to castle, royal mile and grass market areas

  : Uncomfortable beds and thin pillows. Lack of instructions with premises we had to ask how to use the WIFI and there was no TV. Also lots of steps and dangerous in some parts.

  : The standard of the apartment was extremely poor. The bedding, towels etc were very old and mismatched. The decoration throughout is very shabby. There is only seating for 4 people max on an old L-shaped sofa although the apartment claims to sleep up to 8 people. The TV did not work and there was no hot water. When I contacted the owner they were very rude. I then received a text from the owners stating that they would issue a non-specified refund but that hasn't been received. I am disgusted that this property is advertised as 'stunning'. It is nothing of the sort. This spoiled our visit to Edinburgh. I would not book another property managed by travelnest.com after this awful experience
