  : The quirkinesses of it being within a church! Its location to the city centre was great as well.The owner was very attentive with providing additional requirements (parking permit) cot for baby.
  : There were some areas of the property that needed attention. The bath plug was broken, the oven extractor fan didnt work and the floor in the living room was damaged in the corner.

  : Great location near to lots of amenities, great transport links, nice places to eat in the area.
  : Thought that the 30 for housekeeping was rather a lot for a 1 night's stay and it should be based on what's used etc, also the security deposit is rather steep, didn't notice this till after booking, never stayed anywhere were it was that high before.Small couch not very comfy to sit on for a while.

  : The location of the apartments is great for exploring the city and there are some incredible finds locally for food. Having use of a living room meant we were able to relax once our little one had gone to bed. We paid for cot hire during our stay and lovely bedding was provided for this which was a nice touch. Natalie was quick to respond to my messages however the resolution not fantastic.
  : Prior to arrival a 200 damage deposit was taken for the stay. This in itself was fine however I therefore expected that the property would be top notch, it however wasn't. The flooring to the downstairs hall was heavily stained, bathroom flush and tap damages, kitchen floor times cracked and wobbly in places, damage to the leatherette of the sofa bed and generally looked in need of some love. On arrival the apartment was not particularly clean in site of there being a 30 'service charge' for cleaning and bedding. The freezer was off on arrival and smelt vile and was mouldy inside, I wish I had never opened the door as the smell lingered for the whole of our stay. This was 'fixed'/switch turned on by the handy man very quickly however not cleaned and still not usable.
