  : Size, space, comfort and location. Property was clean and well equipped.
  : Stayed with 3 children. Booked property because a bed for all - including sofa bed. Didnt expect to be charged extra for bedding for sofa bed. Just include it in price rather than an add on. Would rather know up front when choosing a property.

  : Our two bedroom apartment on the ground floor was spacious, nicely renovated and the sitting room at the front had a park view. It was very comfortably furnished & the small kitchen included a washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms quiet, as the windows were double glazed. We were a couple and a single relative who stayed 3 days. We found the location great for sightseeing and for accessing Waverley station.
  : A water heater in a cupboard in one bedroom created considerable heat which might be an issue for some in summer.

  : Rooms were smelling of fresh paint which was annoying, We were given top floor apartment ( level 3) though when i booked they told me either it will be ground floor or 1st floor as i mentioned that i am coming with my Dad (senior citizen) , customer services could have been better

  : Communication with the hosts was frustrating! After travelling from Australia we arrived to discover that the parking we had paid for was locked with no instructions on access. After 2 hours of phoning the after hours number 3 times, speaking to 3 different employees we finally gained access. Overall the experience was really frustrating and the hosts were not very helpful or apologetic considering they had failed to provide the information needed for the parking.

  : Booked a 1st floor flat for physical reasons since 6 months ago (also got a good price), arrived last week and we got a 4th floor apartment instead. Insane amount of steps to climb to the attic apartment, not even joking. They were full when we arrived, and it was not appreciated that our reservation was changed without notifying us, probably to accommodate one of the bigger families staying to give them the first floor flat. Not ok. Loft was mediocre clean (dust on top of things, dirty fingerprints on the walls). The oven didn't work at all. Wouldn't recommend it for the price we paid, I would expect my reservation not to be played with for starters. When people book for a 1st floor and it is confirmed after the booking, I don't want to show up to anything else but that.
