  : The location and the set up of the apartment was great so handy for all the places we wanted to visit. We catered for ourselves on a couple of evenings because the kitchen was well appointed. There was a problem with the toilet but a quick call to the Letting Agent and the problem was quickly resolved with no inconvenience to ourselves.
  : Unfortunately one night they were resurfacing the road right outside the apartment throughout the night and it would have carried on the next night too but we were leaving anyway. One of the drawbacks of a city centre location is that you are at the mercy of things outside the control of the Lettings agent.

  : The flat was clean and spacious and a fantastic location in regards to how close it was. We believed it to be a good value to money given how expensive Edinburgh can be.
  : THE ROADWORKS! Both nights there was road resurfacing directly outside our window. Men shouting, drills, constant beeping and trucks from 7:30pm til 4:30am in the morning. It was horrendous and ridiculously loud. My mother and I barely slept both nights and were really disappointed that we had not been made aware of the disturbances in advance. Had we been warned we would not have stayed here. Despite the windows being closed it was unreasonably loud. Apparently it has been going on for weeks. It's such a shame that it ruined what was a lovely apartment and a great visit. We got home yesterday and we are just exhausted.

  : The flat was beautiful and spacious and located very centrally in Edinburgh. It had everything we needed for our stay.
  : At 7:30am on the first morning of our stay a random man opened the front door to our apartment and attempted to enter while we were sleeping. I quickly asked him to leave which he did but there is no way to lock the door from the inside to prevent this happening again. It turns out the cleaners had left on the check out note on the door that we hadn't noticed at check in as we arrived late and had our hands full- but would be useful for the cleaners to remove this for new checks to avoid this confusion

  : Location was very convenient and great space for the price.
  : The main bed is awful. Left with a really bad back as it was that bad. Looking back through old reviews this seems a fairly common complaint that mattress was bad . Needs replacing!Above a KFC so entrance stair hall smells of stale grease. Quite a noisy location and not great soundproofing to outside.

  : City centre road works happening all night right outside the apartment, a massive drill hammering all night meant we could not sleep. Apartment located directly above fast food chain which meant everything stank of fried chicken. Mattress old and sunken. Company completely unresponsive to offering us a refund for such a poor stay.
