  : the washer is located downstairs which can be verify cold, as heater does not cover the area. some of the wooden floor needs replacement

  : Located in heart of city. Big size apartment. All basic amenities. A fan was real relief during hot weather. Sofa and bed were comfortable. Nearby Bus stop, store. Value for money
  : Situated inside a dirty street with some loafers and baggers keep loitering around. Some Cob webs near exhaust fans. Creaking floor panel. Small peeler knife required . Small knife to peel fruits needed. Signage may help.

  : The location was extremely convenient to major attractions. The only transport we used during the five days was the tram to and from the airport, for which the stop was less than a five-minute walk away. We found three good restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment layout was good. The mattress was comfortable. By shutting the bedroom door, the bedroom could be kept dark and quite, so one person could sleep while the other used the other areas.
  : The first impression of the location is not great: it's a small lane with nondescript buildings covered with graffiti. But we never felt unsafe. Check-in instructions could have been better on how to open the lockbox; I had to call to get more instructions. I wish the TV had been connected to the internet server, so that I could have projected screens from my phone or iPad. We learned too late to make a reservation that there was also a Michelin-rated restaurant very close by. It would be good if the host provided more information about nearby restaurants. The washer-dryer combination was not very useful, but then we have found that to be the case for many of the European washer-dryer combos. It's difficult to figure out the controls, and then they dry very slowly.

  : Great location if youre comfortable treading a dark back-alley with mildly shady folks on the street. Super clean, comfy bed and couch area, large and well-equipped kitchen area. Power plugs in the right places, everything as advertised.
  : Comms was through another platform (Houst), not only Booking.com, with tons of extra formalities which was unexpected and unnecessary from a frequent Booking.com customer perspective. Jolly annoying. I book here and expect comms through here, no filling in forms and uploading stuff on dubious websites I have no business relationship with. Also a tad overpriced, but thats staying in Edinburgh during the Fringe.

  : Warm. Good shower. Nice lounge .Very handy location..Comfortable bed.
  : We stayed for 4 nights but only got 2 towels 1 handtowel and 1teatowel.in total. Not really enough.The steep.stairwell dropping down from the edge of kitchen felt a bit unsafe. Especially if someone was unwell or disorientated at night. Maybe a moveable barrier of some sort would help.Also the complete absence of instructions was annoying. We had never used an induction cooker or a washer dryer combo. Nor had we seen the Nest heating or ever had a boiler to deal with. We avoided using the dishwasher which was quite different to our own. A clear instruction sheet somewhere would help those of us who come from far flung places.
