  : Very unclean hotel disgusting I have never seen like this place in London I booked the hotel but I didnt stay even 5 minutes i booked travel lodge in Wembley and I stay there totally money waste pls dont book this hotel worst experience in my life

  : Almost everything. Room was absolutely filthy, walls had damp and mold all over. shower was disgusting, stains and grime everywhere. Room looked nothing like pictures but more like a shopkeepers back room. Door lock appeared to be a gate bolt. Room had 2 doors, one leading outside and one into an area with fridge air conditioning units that made a noise all night. English also doesn't seem to be a language spoken here? which makes simple tasks very hard and frustrating.

  : Worst hotel..never ever book this hotel guys. Owner is pathetic and area is worst. We never checkin and had to run away. Area full of durgies and hotel didnt even gave us our refund. Room are very dirty.

  : Rooms were filthy. Bathrooms also filthy. One room No 7 had bed bugs, both people within the room were badly bitten. No Wi-Fi available. No tea and coffee making facilities available.

  : I will be leaving a review both on Google, booking.com and the OYO old oak tree inn. I am absolutely appalled at this place and quick frankly will be reporting to environmental health, fire safety and trading standards. As a business owner I am fully aware that you should not be trading let alone charging. There was no safety or security, the back door leading to all rooms was open to anyone walking past, the corridors are fire hazards and the whole place is unkept. In the room there was dirty sheets, urine marks on the wall, a toilet that had not been cleaned at still had feaces in it. There was no toilet paper and the window was broken. Even general day to day housekeeping had not been done and the room was not even hoovered. To top of the day we woke up in bed this morning to bed bugs!! The whole bed was crawling with bed bugs and mites. There was an infestation. Whats worse after going back to read previous comments on reviews this morning all these comments have been raised and your company has done NOTHING to rectify this. There is no pride in this business and the staff, management and owners quite frankly do not care.
