  : The host was a very pleasant and helpful person. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. Location is great, hotel is clean and quiet. Room was serviced and refilled with goodies every day. Definitely would recommend!

  : The friendly atmosphere and the kind service of Samander. The room was spotless and comfortable. We felt right at home. The hotel is located in a lively and pleasant area, with plenty restaurants and shops nearby. With the Elizabeth line the travel time to central London is very short.

  : Friendly cooperative owner who was generous and concerned about our comfort. Close to trains, buses and all shopping and cafes, pubs I could want. Loved the area! The room was large and coffee/tea service with light snacks were provided free, Rooms were cleaned and serviced daily, supplies in shared bathroom replaced daily.
  : There was a long term guest that kept their door open, and walked about a lot. But he was friendly and seemed harmless.

  : We stayed in the family room with private bathroom on the ground floor. The owner is very helpful and attentive. The room is very spacious, there is no breakfast at the hotel but the owner offers a breakfast nearby (we did not have a chance to try it). The location of the hotel is impressive, close to public transport and lots of restaurants and leisure nearby.
  : We chose this place because of the good reviews, reasonable price for London and because it is a family run business, which we prefer over big chain hotels. However, we were supposed to stay 3 nights here, but we ended up only stayed 1 and transferred to a big chain hotel... There was a very intense smell in the bedroom/bathroom that would not get better by opening windows or using the air fresheners kindly provided by the owner after my request. The bathroom needed a very good scrub and there was a lot of noise coming from one or more guests going up and down the corridor, we barely slept. It was a pity, we had good expectations based on the reviews, but were really not lucky. The owner was very understanding about our decision to change hotels, thanks to him for that.

  : Its a great location. 5 minutes walk from the station. There are many kinds of restaurants and cafes. The owner is very friendly and kind. My room was in front of lovely garden. I really relaxed very well.
  : The bathroom gets flooded when I take a shower.
