  : Easy tube access, comfortable bed, fitness room.
  : Super slow checkin as the night receptionist was servicing the bar as well. So patiently waited for 20 minutes to be told that there is a problem as they dont have the room that I booked. At 11 pm, the solution proposed was either cancel for a refund or take a free extra room in order to accommodate my 11 year old child. But the rooms were farthest possible though on the same level, so we just adjusted in the same double room in spite of paying for a family room. Anyway, the king size bed was comfortable for our family and worked out fine in the end. At breakfast, we couldn't use both the coffee machine and the waffle maker due to breakdown.

  : The room was clean
  : We didn't feel the staff were particularly welcoming upon check in. We arrived at 1 (check in at 3) to a female member of staff barely acknowledging we had arrived, mumbled through the check in said eventually that our room wasn't ready. Didn't explain the parking situation, so wasn't sure what to do with our car. We said we would come back at 3, again an emotionless response. As we were leaving, a male member of staff called us back and said there was an accessible room that was ready and was essentially an equivalent to what we had reserved, bar the toilet. We accepted the room, the female staff member charged my card without saying she would do so and didn't explain whether it was the same price as the accessible room - essentially the check in procedure was shocking. Our room was clean and spacious, being accessible it was fine but they failed to mention the whole bathroom - not just the toilet - was obviously different than a non accessible room - not a massive issue but still, not exactly transparent. We went to the bar, where all the menu's were out to order lunch, asked the member of staff to order and she said she wasn't sure if they were doing food, 10 mins later said that weren't (why put the menus out then) just the whole staff interaction was terrible really. It seemed like no one really knew what they were doing and didn't have great customer service so wasn't great really

  : Nicely located next to tube station and convenience stores.
  : Staff could have been a little friendlier to each other! Everyone was quite rude with each other behind the main desk. You were lovely to guests checking in but there wasn’t a lot of respect towards each other. Your a team! Be kinder to each other.
