  : The basic layout was good and the property was very clean. Parking was easy and the area was peaceful. The host was very helpful. The property provided what we needed for an enjoyable family weekend in the Durham area.
  : The equipment provided was limited for what was a relatively expensive cottage. There were six teaspoons, six knives, six forks, six dessert spoons, six plates etc. The two baking trays were both disposable rather than re-usable. As there were five of us, this was enough but it did not provide any flexibility. The bedrooms were each provided with a small (about 7 inch) table top mirror, but there were no larger mirrors. The en-suite had a toilet and a basin but with a little thought there was room to extend it into the bedroom to provide a bath. In short, greater attention to detail would improve the experience.
