  : the location is perfect, the majority of the staff were truly professional and helpful. Thank you very much.
  : We were greeted by the receptionist Tatyana, who, unfortunately, wasnt very friendly and didnt explain all the propertys features herself unless we asked her. Hence, the first impression was unpleasant. The rest of the staff were truly professional especially the night managers /receptionists. We stayed many times in similar properties by IHG in UK, and never asked to also provide a deposit. So please be prepared that upon arrival the hotel blocks the entire amount plus a deposit. The deposit in the end was unblocked it just came as a surprise. Comparing to the similar properties , for instance, in New Castle, the breakfast was poor. Overall, we would still recommend this hotel but taking into an account that this is a chain, the conditions of the stay in this particular property were sadly different towards minor disappointment.

  : All that was missing was a throw blanket for the sofa for watching TV on a stormy evening. But this is only a very minor thing!
