  : The apartment appeared clean
  : After a 500 mile road journey from Somerset to Dundee we arrived 10 hours later to find our accommodation but the key code we were given didnt work. After contacting pillow partners we managed to obtain the correct code. On entering the apartment we were greeted with an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen/lounge area. Went to investigate the smell and my daughter got her foot caught in the loose carpet causing her to trip. There was mould in the bathroom around the bath seals and a kitchen cupboard door was hanging off. The area is run down with overflowing rubbish bins outside and noisy cars racing up the road. We were only there for a maximum of 10 mins before deciding not to stay at the accommodation, it just screams drug hostel. This may be ok for students to doss in but as a family apartment it is unsuitable. We immediately requested a full refund as we had to find alternative accommodation but after lots of questions and providing photos they still are not being very forthcoming.

  : Cosy flat, comfortable beds, clean linens & lots to spare. Pictures on site true to condition. Loads of hot water, powerful shower very comfortable accommodation.
  : Slight lack of utensils in kitchen to ease self catering.
