  : More places should have this kind of family suite. The space was perfect for us and meant we could have the children in separate rooms. The chairs in the living room were comfortable and the big hit was the jacuzzi style bath. The buffet breakfast was fine and the staff at breakfast and check-out were polite and helpful. Being able to park at the Caledonian Hotel was a plus. Having a fridge was very helpful. Beds were comfortable enough.
  : The wifi wasn't great so meant trying to watch anything on Netflix or YouTube (to entertain children) was difficult and frustrating. Also much of our side of the building was in disrepair. The bathroom tiles were cracked, one bedroom window wouldn't close (i.e. couldn't latch it shut), part of the window sill in the bathroom was crumbling, the chairs in the lounge were torn and the awning/eaves above the lounge were falling off the roof. Check-in was also a bit of a faff and only found out when arrived at the B&B that had to go to the Caledonian Hotel next door to do so. Also breakfast was in the hotel so again had to go outside to get breakfast. Essentially these are slightly minor things but did detract from the place.

  : Good price. Excellent breakfast. Parking good. Quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Tea coffee and biscuits in room.
  : The plugs in the disabled room were hard to reach very low down, and some were behind pieces of furniture. We couldn't get the heating working. The decor could be improved, but absolutely fine for the price.

  : The desk didnt have a chair so only option was the bed
